Every volunteer is a branch of our community: it shelters students, empowers teachers, and fuels the programs that make DeMille thrive. Many people want to volunteer but hesitate because they worry about overcommitting or not having enough time.

Choose Your Level of Involvement
There are many ways to help—some roles require just a few hours a month, or even a single event! You can volunteer as much or as little as fits your schedule.
No Experience Necessary
PTA welcomes EVERYONE, regardless of experience. You’ll receive support and guidance, and you’ll never be asked to do something you’re uncomfortable with.
Every Little Bit Helps
Even small contributions make a big difference. Whether you help with a setting up a booth, help with concessions, or organize a supply drive, your effort is valued and appreciated.
You’re Not Alone
You’ll be part of a team! The PTA is made up of other parents who are also juggling busy lives. Everyone supports each other and shares the workload.
You Can Try It Out
If you’re unsure, you can start with a one-time volunteer opportunity. If you enjoy it, you can do more. If it’s not a good fit, that’s okay too—no pressure!
