DANCE- Choreograph your own moves and dance yourself or have someone dance for you.
(only one student can be entered to win)
FILM- Create a short film 1-3 minutes with animation, puppets or real actors.
LITERATURE- Write a short story or poem.
MUSIC COMPOSITION- Write your own lyrics and/or music. Perform yourself or have someone
perform it for you. (only one student can be entered to win)
PHOTOGRAPHY- You can take a photo, digital or old school film.
VISUAL ARTS- You can draw, paint, sculpt, collage.

Fill out the paper entry form and attach it to your work.

Turn in the original art with the entry form to the box in the office by 11/3.
